things don’t get better in time. they won’t change by themselves. things won’t change nor get granted to you over night. you have to go out and seek help, you have to make the effort, you have to try and believe. things may change tomorrow, next week, next month or even in a few years - but never give up, always have faith, hope & believe. just remember, help won’t find you, you have to find it - one step at a time.
